The only way to learn is practising!.Well you should study the Algebrac identities,Theory of exponents, factors of numbers etc.
Some useful hints are-
1.(a+b)^2=a^2+b^2+2ab
2.(a-b)^2=a^2+b^2-2ab
3.(a^2-b^2)=(a+b)(a-b)
4.(a+b)^3=a^3+3a^b+3ab^2+b^3
5.(a-b)^3=a^3-3a^b+3ab^2-b^3
6.a^3+b^3=(a+b)(a^2-ab+b^2)
7.a^3-b^3=(a-b)(a^2+ab+b^2)
8.a^3+b^3=(a+b)^3-3ab(a+b)
9.a^3-1/a^3=(a-1/a)(a^2+1/a^2-2)
10.a^3+1/a^3=(a+1/a)(a^2+1/a^2+2)
11.(x-a)(x-b)=x^2-(a+b)x+ab
Theory of Exponents
1.a^m*a^n=a^(m+n)
2.a^m/a^n=a^(m-n)
3.(a^m)^n=a^(mn)
4.(ab)^m=a^m*b^m
5.a^1=a
6.a^0=1
7.nth root of a=a^1/n
You try to study these things.
Good Luck

i think you should not search for the easiest way but accept the most difficult way so that if you are asked the most difficult questions you would be able to answer them easily
but the gem of mathematics is practice the topic as much as u can
