My 2-year old daughter gets a blocked nose very frequently. She also spits out a lot of mucous frequently (especially after burping).

Sounds like a sinus issue. She may have allergies. Does anyone in the houshold smoke? Is there any mold or dampness in the house or really dusty areas? Get a doctor to evaluate the problem.

I suspect that your daughter has an alergy (alergic to something) to something. It could be a food such as dairy products, or the lawn and flowers, mould and mildew, dust mites, cats or dogs, or something else. Seek medical advice from a doctor as soon as you can to try to relieve your childs suffering. Be prepared as sometimes it can take a long time to actually discover what is wrong. I hope this helps.

Give her tea made of tulsi leaves every now and then daily. All her problems connected with lungs and chest should be under control.

Try those Breath Right strips. They make them for kids. They even have one's soaked in Vicks. But no medication is ingested.
