This great girl is mad at me...and she won't tell me why, or even admit it...or even give me a chance to apologize to her....We barely know each other...but its not like she has told me to go away...I do not know why she is sooo mad. What am I supposed to do?
Im going nuts.

Just from your question is sounds like you are suffocating her; backoff and give her some space. You indicate you don't really know her, so it is nothing personal against you. It is likely she is not mad, just feels uncomfortable around you because you sound way too needy and she either doesn't want to hurt your feeling or lacks the courage to tell you the truth because she is not sure how you are going to react.
If you didn't do anything wrong, don't apologize...it makes you seem desperate and that is total turnoff for all women.
If you leave her alone and she is interested in you, she will seek you out...if not, then she was not the right person for you anyway as she was not comfortable communicating with you.

No, you're not too stupid to know better. In fact, no one here knows why she's so mad either. She's acting nuts, so stop following her example. Someone has to keep a cool head.
Now, as to what you're supposed to do? Why, nothing of course. Until she chooses to tell you what's wrong. If she doesn't, then go about your daily business and enjoy yourself. Your world doesn't revolve around her crazy behaviour. Life is way too short. And if she asks, just tell her you don't know what the heck is wrong with her & since it isn't your fault (she didn't say before that it was right?), your world goes on as per normal.
Now, go spend your day doing something enjoyable with your friends & forget about her.

I wouldn't anguish another moment over something silly, especially with someone you say you barely know. I wouldn't want to get to know her better, either. Who needs this kind of drama? She's the stupid one here, behaving this way with a new friend who probably won't stick around long enough to become a real one. Good! We are "to soon, to old, to late" an old Finnish tale. People are like this. Your chastising yourself for something you don't know about, doing a good job at it too, I see.
Maybe it's her problem and not yours, ever think about that?, maybe she's guilty about something and can't, or won't talk to you about it.
If you don't know her that well what gives you the idea that she has the right to chastise you like this?, if you did get together with her, what would life be like?, maybe hell.
You'd better think your position about her again and take another look at your life.

Walk away, run if need be.
She either thinks you're stalking her, obsessed with her, or that you're butt ugly and not worth the time of day. Maybe even all three.
Totally ignore her: don't even pretend you are pretending to look past her, just look away!
Then wait for her to ask what your problem is. If you asked her she'd say "you"!
Then keep fishing, and improve the bait.

She's playing you. If she suspects you like her and she has some feelings for you, if she appears to be mad at you and won't tell you anything she knows you'll keep chasing her to find out why. It's a game juvenile girls play.

Be a man, stop this obsessing, and realize you messed it up.
Move on to another one. It is not up to you to figure women out, it is up to you to find a new one, when you messed up the chance.
If she talks to you later, fine. If not, still fine, and by then you'll have someone else.

If your friends with one of her friends that would help a lot. She would tell her friends before anybody else.
