I know that not all do, but some say they don't consider it to be meat so it's ok to eat it. WHAT?!?! What is the logic here?

I have no problem logging into the VPN at public wi-fi hotspots, for instance the Marriott or Hilton. I can not log on to the VPN at my home wi-fi! I can connect if i plug in an ethernet cable from my home router (Linksys WRT54GS). Also, my computer connects fine to the internet over my home wi-fi, I can browse just fine until I log into the VPN, then nothing.
After hours on the phone with my company IT and with LinkSys, I still don't have an answer. We even tried opening every port and totally exposing myself. (If it matters its a Cisco client we use for VPN).
I really need to be able to connect to my VPN on my wi-fi! Please help!!!

I tried to get some of my friends (the ones who listen to rap and punk) to listen to pink floyd the song comfortably numb one said it was very deep and asked for the cd one of them said it was stupid and another laughed about it. Besides that one the other two did not even listen to the whole song. What is with people and having short attention spans or not enjoying a long drawn out deep emotional song.

I used to watch the cartoon and I had the older live action movie on video, but I don't remember. I saw a trailor for TMNT, the new movie, and one of the turtles said a joke to the other one saying "just like your mom" and the other guy was like "Yeah, well, she's your mom too."

I soaked a pound of red bean last night and before I left for work I placed them in my slow cooker with water and set it on low...(I added onions and garlic and my seasonings, which now I am reading recipes and those say to wait on the salt so I hope I didn't mess up) anyways when do I add my sausage...my plan was to run home on my lunch break and add the sausage but I'm not sure if it will get greasy or what...some say to add sausage 30 mins prior to it being done, but I don't have time for that..it needs to be done when my husband gets home tonight....what I am asking is ...
Is it going to be too salty b/c I already added my seasonings?
When to add sausage..and if I add at lunch it will cook for 4hrs..is that ok?
Please I need someone who has cooked this in their crockpot...

They will often say, "Have a nice day." or even..."here's ur change"...but they have forgotten or never been taught to say thanks to the very people who pay their salary...I guess I am too old fashion...sometimes I say, "ur welcome" but mostly just get blank stares in return...they are sooo clueless...any suggestions??

I have a very small walled garden containing only lawn. When it rained the other day I noticed thousands of baby snails climbing the walls and on my verandah. How can I get rid of them without putting down any poisons, as I have small birds feeding there daily. Please help. I also notice slugs appearing on the walls at night, but they are not many (yet).

I have been having chest pain for about 2 days now right in between my breasts and I am now feeling it in my back between my shoulder blades, today I also have a headache in the back of my head and into my neck. I have not strained myself physically and I am only in my early 30s, I do not feel like I am having a heart attack, (I don't think it would last for two and a half days if that were the case) any ideas? I don't want to go to the doctors and cry wolf, but it is starting to concern me a bit.

Ok, first off this question is not regarding me, its just something i was curious about. I have no kids, i have no child support. So dont come back with the name calling and saying im trying to get out of paying.
My question is this: if a man owes X-amount of backpay in child support, lets just say $5,000 to put a number on this. He owes this money from like when the kid was 16-17-he didnt pay. And the kid in question is grown up now - age is like 23-thus he is an adult and no longer in his mothers custody. (Keep that part in mind)
Now, lets say the father decides to come clean and pay what he owes. Does this money go to the kid (who is now an adult) or does it go to the mother? Remember, the mother no longer is the guardian of the child, since the kid is now an adult.
