yes..... an ex of mine - I made him wait a month before getting into bed with him... after hearing about how fantastic he was between the sheets, and the promise of how he was gona take me to heaven and back and how every girl he'd ever been with had still wanted a night with him.... kinda made me think I was in for the night of my life..... after a quick fumble on his behalf for all of about..... 17 seconds...... before he couldnt contain his excitement... I realised he had a total lack of skill!

My son bless 'im, he's 10 and thinks he's Robbie Williams. He cant hold a tune in a bucket but sings constantly.
As his mum, I dont tell him he's awful, I rather tell him which songs suit him best or whether his voice is having an off day.
I would hate to think of him being laughed out of the x factor in years to come because of my telling him how wonderful he is.

Yes, and a lot of people may get upset when they see this, but Beyonce does not have a good singing voice to me, yet every time you look up she is singing somewhere with somebody or mostly by herself. She is a pretty woman and her stage presence is great but her voice is not one I would just go GA-GA over.

what's wrong with believing in yourself? who are you to judge? look at all the shite simon cowell has spat out over the years... they are not remotely talented.. they come with batteries being simon cowel and once the batteries are removed they no longer operate... that is not talent. there must be something you think you are good at and people thing you suck, but it's what you believe and enjoy in yourself that counts! talent comes in all forms.... some peoples jokes are other peoples offensive distaste....

As a musician I had many classmates who thought they were child-prodigies and it was really annoying.They would take every small opportunity to show off and they would always expect a enthusiastic 'bravo' :)

My mate seems to think he is the best when it comes to chatting up girls...
the only reason we dont tell him that he aint is cuz when hes drunk and begins the process its soooooooo funny we cant stop laughing
he slurs and slobbers and tries to touch the freaked out girls who usually wonder off with a discusted look on their faces...
worth it tho!!!!!!!!!!!

often it works that the talented thing they aren't great and the not so talented love themselves. I knew a girl in school who would sing for anyone, several times she has to be asked to stop singing as she was giving us all headaches....nice girl though....... :-)

I think everyone knows someone like that. I have a friend that thinks she can sing alot and the truth is she cannot.
