I have to repair a wall where a door knob knocked a hole in it. I know I need sheet rock and that mesh stuff to do it, but I was wondering if I have to buy a whole big piece of sheet rock or if they sell smaller sizes.

The number is eye-popping, and it was repeated so often it became gospel.

The snowpack in the Cascades, it was said, shrank by 50 percent in the last half-century. It's been presented as glaring evidence of the cost exacted by global warming — the drying up of a vital water source.

That statistic has been repeated in a government report, on environmental-advocacy Web sites and in media coverage. Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels recently mentioned it in a guest column in The Seattle Times.

Here's the problem: The number is dead wrong.

The debunking of this statistic, and the question of just how much the state's snowpack shrank, is stirring up a heated debate among the region's climate scientists.

On Monday, it escalated further when University of Washington researcher and State Climatologist Philip Mote stripped a colleague of his title as associate state climatologist, triggering concerns that scientific dissent is being quashed.

For a small acoustic set up, I would need two small/mid size speakers. So then, what are monitors? Do the monitors require an amp?

My sister has a pear body type. But her mainly problem is fat. She's 5'4,5'' (164 cm) and 125 lbs (57kg). Ok that seems "normal" but she has cellulite AlL over her body (she wasn’t really the gym person..) Hands & legs (up to down) stomach..anyway everywhere if you squeeze the place->Only in the butt-thigh(front & specialy behind) area cellulite is reeeeeally visible without pressing. She was 170 lbs at the past-5 years ago or something- But all these years she suffers with YO-YO diets. Last year only we saw a BiG difference when she started treadmills & she lost fat at last!!! She stopped at 120lbs she was wearing XS tshirts and S jeans but the CeLLulite was still ThERe!?(a bit better than before though) The fat on her body was not ballanced/equal (one leg bigger than the other etc).A doctor told us when she lose more weight (115lbs) she will have no cellulite..But how can she become normal with ballanced fat on her "pear" area?

The show ran 19988/99 or sometime in the 2000s. It was a show set in a Law Office with Ali as one of the lawyers with a couple of senior partners and some junior lawyers and a gossipy front office receptionist.

Working and middle class Americans should support republicans because the rich Republicans are the ones who have companies that actually set people up with jobs. Whereas the liberal elite only support themselves with the money they earn. That's why the unemployment rate is so high in LA, because of the elite in liberal Hollywood.

A few weeks later the G.P. sees him in the high street with a

"You're really doing well, aren't you" remarked the G.P.

"Just doing what you said doctor,' replied the elderly gent
'Get a hot mama and be cheerful."

"No." replied the G.P.."I said you've got a heart murmur, be careful."

My boyfriend has two children from a previous relationship, aged 14 and 7. His ex-girlfriend cheated on him, and left a couple of years ago, taking the kids and moving straight in with another man. Despite this, things had seemed to be going relatively well since, my partner meets his financial obligations towards the children, and also looks after them 2 or 3 days each week. The issue has been that his ex seems to be extremely jealous of the good relationship he has with his kids, and has increasingly tried to cause problems between them. She frequently tries to cause arguments, or say hurtful things to the children like that their dad is trying to steal them away from her, that he doesn't really love them, that he will forget about them etc. My partner and the kids feel very upset whenever she does these things, is there anything we can do to help the situation?
