I don't understand what they mean! Why are they saying 1 + 1 = 3, what point are they trying to make?

They're saying that when you bring two different people together something greater comes out of it. That’s what working in social care is all about.

That you don't neceasarily need to have any intellectual or logical capacity to be a social worker!
