yesterday i only a cracker and a couple pieces of gum. what are the effects on my metaolism for eating so little and would it be a bad idea to compensate for it today. im pretty sure eating double my rda of calories today cant be good im just not sure what to do

I have never been on a regular sleep/wake schedule in 10 years (since I was 16) I can get to sleep at 9 but then I wake up and that only happens like once a month and then it's back to the insomnia. I've tried pills and they make my legs stay awake and it's painful. when I aviod caffene after 4 I get migraines. I don't exercize because I work 50 hours a week. Is there anything you can suggest that maybe I need to do?

My samoyed puppy is 5 months old, and she still bites us. She doesn't break the skin, but her teeth still hurt A LOT. She is losing her baby teeth now, and the amount of biting seems to have gone down. The only thing is, we would like it to stop completely. We've tried holding her mouth shut, biting her ear very gently, ignoring her, putting her in time out, rolling her over on her back, making high-pitched noises, spraying her with water, giving her a shake while holding her by the scruff of her neck, scolding her, making a loud sound, etc...

Most of these techniques make her come back for more instead of stopping. She is a dominant dog, and is doing very well in obedience training, but we would really like this problem to stop. She is not possesive of anything. Does anyone have any tips or have you been through the same thing?

This is Senorita Farts A Lot calling out to any published writers or writers with agents ONLY! I would love to hear your advice on how the whole process works. I have been writing childrens stories and poetry and would love to find out how and who do I submit my copyrighted works to? I'm in the land of "fruits and nuts" (Los Angeles) and was particulary curious if there are any good childrens writers agents out here that may be worth recommending. My girlfriend and I want to go for the Easter weekend (4 days) in Greece.
We think about the cyclades (visit a island per day). We are more attract to visit small islands than big cities full of people (and beautifull monument but i ll be for another time).
What about lowcost company, is it possible to sleep with a tent everywhere (wild camping)?
B&B is the best solution?
