Get her something cold to drink, cuddle and play around then after a bit go at it again then snuggle up together and crash for a bit, there always another go if you both want after your nap as well.

Cuddle, laugh, sleep, talk if you feel like it, drink some water, maybe another round, compliment your partner on how good it was, etc.
My favorite is being complimented, and then just lay there and sleep all wrapped up together. (:
