I would try the south beach diet to start off with, personally I like their program. Then once you have lost enough weight to move around comfortably, you should start exercising regularly. You might even want to invest in a trainer, so they can tell you exactly which exercises would be most effective for you body type.
Good luck!

A good healthy regular eating pattern not skipping breakfast as it gives fuel for the day so important. Cut out cake, chocolate, buiscuit, sugar, crisps ect .In other words all the junk however still have a treat once a week. if you drink a lot cut it down and replace with lots of water.
Excersise the big fat dirty word which we all hate but it is essentual especially for loosing that amount of weight it will helpt speed up your metabolic rate, keep you toned so not so much saggy skin, good for your heart and health.
Lots of other benefits I am not an expert just an overweight menapause women who has been doing this for two weeks lost 5 pounds and even more important 6 inches all over.
Good luck

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : stop eating acidic food.
By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

Good old diet and excersize. I eat 6 meals of about 300 calories each, with 20 gms of protein, 40 gms of carbs, and about 6 grams of fat each meal. Plus 3 days a week of resistance and a minimal amount of cardio. So far I've lost 35 pounds.

slowly, then it will stay off longer too. dont be losing more than 2lbs a week, anything between 1/2 a pound and 2lbs is considered acceptable and a healthy weight loss. good luck.

Not put it on to start with.
The only safe way to lose weight, is the only way really. Diet and exercise.
Should be aiming for losing 2lb a week, thats the healthy amount.
