It is really bad for your metabolism to eat so little not to mention your general health. When you stop eating like that your metabolism slows right down to compensate and starts taking energy from muscles. When you start eating normally again you pile the weight back on thats why crash diets are never a good idea. A good healthy diet of 3 meals a day is best.

You are far likely to loose weight if you eat 3 proper meals a day. Eating such a small amount lowers your metabolism then when you do eat a proper meal your metabolism is so slow the food is not properly digested . Eating double the next day is useless.

I dont think you should try and make up for it today as it wont really help. But to kick start your metabolism in the morning your meant to have your biggest meal in the morning, middle sized meal at lunch and small at tea.

Your body will store food as fat if you dont eat properly. This is because your body will be unsure of when the next meal will be.

If you over eat today your body will store as much fat as it can to compinsate for its loss, and in the event it has to go without food again.

It is like medication. Do not try to make up for it the next day, just go back to your normal diet.

It would have slowed down your rate, so do not compensate.
