Many people (in America, at least) who see an Asian person will say they are all Chinese or Japanese when they have no idea of that person's true nationality/ethnicity.

Also, sometimes when people KNOW that a person is Japanese, for example, they still just call them Chinese. It's so rude and offensive. Why do people do this?

My brother said he learned in psych. that a person who is generally happy will always be happy and vice versa. Even after a lifechanging event such as the death of a child/spouse, or a marriage, they will always return to their previous state of happiness. He also says that if you interview a person when they are 20 and then 60 their views on happiness will be the same? I am asking because I recently experienced a loss. Will I ever be the same?

How do we all know for sure if there is a God and if he's real? Where are the proofs? is God a man or a woman? what's God's nationality? Do God have parents? I mean everyone has parent right?

he has told me before that he gets depressed over thinking about his family (he's adopted), about things in the past that he cant change, and apparently, its bad because
1. his two best friends gave a 3 hour long lecture to me about how he's falling into an 'angry dark hole' and how he wont listen to anyone, and that I might be the only thing to pull him out of it

2. he has told me that he has done coke (in the past month) so much because he feels it compensates for his sadness....he is a regular pot smoker (as am i)

3. he has ADHD and has been suicidal in his teen age (he's 21, im 17). he was also sort of into self mutilation before as a teen as well

The thing is...what can i do that i havent already done? he's told me before that i help him SO much and he said this w/ tears in his eyes. but sometimes he gets real moody and sketched out and wont say i love you (but oh well). Could it be bipolar or is he just...sad? sorry its long, im concerned

My bf is amazing.he's sweet, caring, intelligent, and makes me feel amazing.....but lately he's been making fun of me....like he makes me feel stupid and not capable of doing certain things because im not smart enouch.Im a junior, and im taking an AP test, but i havent been really doing good in the class for that subject because i really dont do my work.but i kno if i did i would have a good grade. Well basically this is what he said "Why are you even taking that test if your grades are bad? Your not gonna do good, because your not a critical thinker, like me. I bet you im gonna do better than you."
umm.....maybe this is stupid and i should get over it...iono what to do. But lately he's been making little comments like this....or he criticizes me...what should I do.
