I kinda remember a a re-make of a song that featured people dressed as African animals. I clearly remember that towards the end of this film clip they were all dancing by the side of a river.
I think it was Dario G. I'm sure it was a big dance hit. I think that the original song was called "Life in a Small Town". Had a really catchy chourus (a-hey now-now-now-now).

Good guess mighty_power7, that's my favorite Janet Jackson video of all time and the one I also thought of....
unfortunately (or fortunately), all the beautiful animals in that video are real...no costumes.
