Hi,
I am female, 5' 4" weighing 140lbs (64kgs). I am trying to loose weight by either playing squash or swimming once a week and going on treadmill everyday (7 days) for at least 60 minutes (running and walking). I have been trying this for the last one month. I can not go to gym as I am going to school full time and working. I have lost only 2 pounds so far. It means I am on 138lbs (which again sometimes comes back on 140lbs b/c of benging eating). I am taking only 1000 calories per day, eating veggies, fruits, drinking lemon water and taking fewer carbohydrates. My bro wedding is coming up and I want to look good on that. My target is 130lbs (58-60kgs). My friend told me that may be I am gaining muscles, which weighs and makes me look fat.
I am wondering that what I am doing wrong here? Also, I am bengin eater, will eat 7 days good food but for 2 evenings, I will eat bad food, and will waste my all hard work and diet plan. Please I really need your help. Thank you very much.
