Sure there's a 16 year difference between my aunts son's. The family dynamics aren't as strange as you might think. It's definitely possible unless one of you are fixed...

Are you asking about the age difference, or the chances of having a boy?

If it's about age, I don't thing that 9-10 years is a big deal.

If you want to have a boy after having a girl, well, there are all sorts of theories. The most popular being that if you have sex right at the time of ovulation, you chances of having a boy are increased because male sperm swim faster than female sperm.

Best of luck to you!

From my own experience, and the experience of others, I think the older sister/younger brother relationship works well. I think that's what you were asking about...

It will work out perfectly. She's at an age where learning about babies is very important. Now's the perfect time for her to learn that they scream in the middle of the night and do disgusting things in their diapers so that she won't be in a rush to have one- oops, did that memory scare you off too? Where are you going?
