Well that's not really enough info to help with jewelery but id say a cream colored jeweled tank top, and flats with little jewels on them would look cute.

A white tank top with black chunky jewelery and a wide black belt would look good. and some black shoes
if you wanted to dress it up you could wear like, a sheer black top (one with the frills on the front that are really popular right now) and a metallic (silver) bag and shoes
i would wear heels, or at the very least wedges with it even when you are dressing casual because unless you are like 7 feet tall your legs will look really short in flats. Also, any top you wear with it should be fitted. it will balance out the weight of the skirt and make for an interesting silhouette

a plain colored top such as lavender, lilac or baby pink may do..make sure it has a simple desin such as a sabrina style and a low-cut may do too..wear a shoes that would complement the color of your top or ypur skirt, colored stones in pink and purple may do, a pink pearl may do such as a necklace and a pair of earrings

wear a top that is more fitted. where you are wearing the skirt is more important that what to wear with it. are you wearing it for casual or more formal date?
it can be worn with boots, sandals, flats, heels, etc.
