Be sure that the food and water can be reached by the babies. they should have begun eating solid food, a little at a time when they were week old.,Although they shouldn't be weaned until next week, they should be able to eat enough to keep them going..just make sure it is where they can reach it, and they can't fall in water.

I also had a hamster that had babies and she hated them. I think that part of it has to do with the fact that she wasn't used to having other animals in her cage, even if they were her own. Also, hamsters tend to mature quickly, so she may be ignoring them because if they were in the wild, they would have already left the nest.

I'm so glad CrazyChick86!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She needs time to be alone with them. Let her be and go and get some sleep so you can get up for school. Just make sure all the exits are fully secure so she can't get out again. Like I said before the first time, she would be weaning them soon anyway, so don't worry about things.

Good night to you and to the mommy and babies.

Maybe try to put them near her belly, maybe she doesn't know how to breast feed them. Some animals do that. It is her responsibility now that you found her, keep her in there and call a vet for any more suggestions.

this is not a bad thing. hamsters are notorious for eating their babies. call a vet or pet shop.
