Having just watched "Countryfile" on BBC this Sunday morning they said that the introduction of the lynx, wolves and bears was being considered to be introduced into the wild in an effort to cull the exploding deer population.
Obviously if they had left management of the countryside to those who know best,countryfolk, then there would be no need for such drastic contemplations.
Was the hunting ban another thing, like Iraq, where the Labour Government got it wrong?

My girlfriend has been getting really jealous of us boys getting drunk and smoking all the time, being pregnant and all mom said that she had to stop for a while.

But she recently bought a book on pregnancy, it mentions that its ok to drink up to 3 drinks of wine at a time, in fact it says that its benefitial to do so. Now I figure that a book would know more than my mom.

Does anyone know the answer? How many drinks can my girlfriend have?

If its say 11% alchohol wine, and you have 3 of them, that would be about the same as 2 bourbon and cokes?

I met a man online and we made plans for Friday night. I gave him my phone # and he left a msg, but didn't leave his number. I sent him an email saying I got his message, but had no way to return his call. He emailed back that he'd call again. Friday came and went, and he finally called again on Saturday saying sorry I missed you again - let me know the best time to call. He completely disregarded the fact that he "stood me up" on Friday night. I have no time for games and want to be clear about closure. What should I say in my final email to him?

Well, my wife and I dont make much money. My wife is pregnant with our first child, and were tring to pay off our first home. We cant afford to fix the many problems with our house, and i want our baby to live in a safe place. The wiring in our house is outdated and the lights often flicker. The roof leaks and there isnt any insulation in our walls. Theres many other problems as well, but i would like to know if anyone knows of any assistance programs to help fix this stuff up. And if it helps, i live in Kansas.
