Yes..it is...but I am not sure for floral...if it is small print and did not attract any body near you....then its ok....and according to the "Quran" one should try to wear clean white (if possible) dress before going for prayer.

Well thats not true for clothes during salat, only drawing making of living species is forbidded.Theres a Hadith in which it is said that those who draw drwings of living things will have to give life to those characters on the day of judgement.Hazrat Aisha ra had this cloth which had a during of a horse with wings so when the Prophet pbuh saw that He immediately asked her to remove it and then he quoted the above hadith.Its in the sahih Bukahri.

The point is to keep it simple so that one is not distracted; it is not exactly an odious crime in Islam. I have never really cared about what's on my tee shirt when saying my prayers. Nothing in the Quran prohibits us from wearing clothes depicting animals.

You can wear anything you like, its only religous idiots who want to controll you who will tell you what you can and cant wear.
Dont let a book tell you what to do or not to do, its a book written thousands of years ago and has been shown to be full of rubbish. It is just a form of mind controll allowing others to tell you what you can and cannot do.
Get rid of religions.
