im 16 and weigh 98 lbs . i go to the gym once a week . how many calories should i eat daily ??

I live in an apartment building that is smoke free but I'm always smelling it through my air ducts. There are signs that say not to smoke in hallways and staircases but people don't always comply. However, when I went to talk to management they said there's nothing I can do about it as tenants are allowed to smoke in their own apts. which is what they do. So if I happen to smell it or they leave their doors open allowing smoke to enter the hallway it's well within their rights. Plus the maintenance people who work in our building tend to smoke too & there happens to be a maintenance room right next door to me. I kind of agree with the rights of smokers but unfortunately my non-smoking doesn't affect their air/breathing as much as their smoking affects mine. Plus, I have a certain sensitivity to it having already been diagnosed with emphysema & bad lungs despite not being a smoker. I need to know what to do as my building will not regulate it.

Do you think decisive, confident, good-looking guys will chase a woman when they they fancy her, no-matter what? If this sort of guy doesn't pursue the woman he has indicated he fancies, does this mean he is not that interested or is he waiting for her to make a move on him instead? what should a woman do when faced with this kind of guy? My sister just passed away on Tuesday, she had cervical cancer and found out in November (stage 3) and doctors said it was too advanced. She had radiation and chemo. She was only 45 years old and she went to the gyn every year for her pap smear. So where did they go wrong or how come it wasn't detected? She was very health consious.
Please help me understand, I say this is not fair!!!!
