If you want to put on weight between 1500 and 1800 calories. If you are wanting to maintain the probably around 1200.

You are way to skinny. Stop worrying about calories and enjoy some good food already. I have a friend who didn't eat enough calories or fat grams and her hair started falling out. SO please do eat something.
