i drive a manual transmission car and i find it very difficult when in an uphill road and traffic comes to a halt. When traffic moves and I am about to move forward sometimes my engine turns off and my tendency to move backwards to the car behind is very high. =c i cant seem to get the "technique" when driving in uphill roads using a manual transm. car. any driving tips so I can avoid this from happening? driving with a clutch is EXTREMELY hard. thanks!

i am a 16 year old female who got personal training but the problem is that this guy did the following
1. cheated me session showed me te same stuff over an over
2. sometimes when people flirt its just a joke countied to flirt with me and nevr stopped
3. never took my measurment we had 9 session supposed to take them every three session only took the once
4. i was trying to lose weight a unheatly way and found out i told him i needed a break but came by week by week for just to check on me and would say things likei have new clinets my slots are filled
5. I panicked to get them done
6. I stayed with him in fear because this guy is very hot tempered
7. he called me lazy and said i dont work hard on are last session which was yesteray which made me upset and cry and that usally isnt me my mom called and spoke with a sales counselour who will get back with the fitness manger

my question is can this guy get fired can i get my money back what can i do is more of the question

I am 56, work as a support worker in a care home for elderly people with Alzheimers. Long hours, low pay, usual story. At my age, is it realistic to consider taking this job/career any higher? I have a degree (BA Hons) and have done one year of postgraduate study (English). Have worked as a bookseller, company secretary, teacher (GCSE and A-level), and have lots of 'people experience'. I like my job but the pay is just inadequate for living in one of the most expensive bits of UK. Also, the work I do is very basic - which sounds terrible - but I feel I could do something MORE than wash, dress and feed people who are doubly incontinent, who can no longer read or write, who can no longer feed themselves properly etc etc - make beds, wash up, lay tables, hoover carpets, do the laundry ... I don't feel that any of this is BENEATH me, that's not the question. I just want to expand my skills. No angry answers, please. I get all the anger i can handle from guilty relatives.

in coach seating-what are the pros and cons of upper versus lower? Next question is, they require reservations, but are these trains actually filled up-or can I just show up at the train station and get a ticket-as in, reserve then and there? Or would that adversely effect my fare? My sense is that there would always be room on the trains as train travel in the U.S. isn't what it is in Europe (wish it was, then there'd be lots of trains available!)

I found a kitten in a sleet storm about 3 months ago and my freind said it was a rare type of tabby cat. It looks like what I call an orange color but I think its classified as red. It is tiger striped all over except for a circle pattern on each side of its body. It looks really neat. Is this a common pattern or just your everyday tabby. Just wondering if my Shitty Kitty was even more special than he already is.

i just got an email from a friend. they sent me a picture and i know its safe, but i cant see it. it jsut shows a white square with a little red x in the corner. i tried copy/pasting it onto word, but its still doesnt show. i also tried forwarding the email to my other adress (AOL) but still no picture (allthough now there isnt an x, but a differnet thing in the corner). why cant a i see it? by the way i have microsoft outlook 2002
