Lots of things are girly...
You can be girly by wearing a very plain outfit, tee and jeans then accessorize like crazy and make it girly. Any outfit can be girly if you add jewelry. But other outfits...
A cute spring dress with flip flops or heels, any outfit with cute heels, halter tops and skirts are really cute together for the summer.
As for hair pretty much any style too. A ponytail might seem to sporty but then tie it in a cute ribbon or wear a headband and its girly. Wavy hair is pretty girly and cute too. Straight hair is girly but its nothing special.

Yep that's trendy and girly. Also, low-rise jeans with a fitted skinny t-shirt or tank, and sandals or skate shoes (for a cutely tomboyish effect), is probably the most common trendy girly outfit. Trendiest girliest hair: longish with layers and blonde highlights. Trendiest girliest brands: AE, Hollister, Abercrombie, etc.

I think leggings with a mini skirt and a tank top and flip flops are cute. Jeans with a nice short sleeve or long sleeve short and sneakers.
