i just got an email from a friend. they sent me a picture and i know its safe, but i cant see it. it jsut shows a white square with a little red x in the corner. i tried copy/pasting it onto word, but its still doesnt show. i also tried forwarding the email to my other adress (AOL) but still no picture (allthough now there isnt an x, but a differnet thing in the corner). why cant a i see it? by the way i have microsoft outlook 2002

They haven't attached the picture correctly and the red X indicates your computer can't find it as a result.

right click that red x and 'open' if that doesn't work whoever sent it did it wrong
