Looks like black, silver & charcoal colours on the eyes. Lips are a nudish pink. Take the photo to MAC or Sephora and they will help you with the look. They will show you how to do it and what cosmetics you will need.

Thats called a smokey eye look I wear it alot search for how to apply on line its not hard and that is actually lip stick not lip gloss.

okay you need to get grey/blue contacts and you can probably find that shade of lipgloss from almay or mabaleen (can't spell that!) or revlon. You can find it in your local grocery store or like a walgreens or CVS.
