I made a huge mistake earlier on in my life and got a ridiculous tattoo on my forearm. It is not racist or degrading in any way. Im trying to get it removed but it is a very slow and expensive process. But. that is a different story. I guess I would just like to know if this will prohibit me from joining up.

My mom wants to divorce my dad, she has for years now. She's tried to 3 times, and the last time even got a house but he sucked her back into it.

Things got so bad with my sister and him, he kicked her out and now hes starting on me. He treats my mom like dirt, and freaks on me for the littlest thing. He's so abusive, as a child, it was a little more physical, now its at the point where its both emotional and mental.

Yesterday I was moving my leg and the car was moving and i'm like "sorry, I didn't know I was that strong" and hes like "I'm pretty sure its not because your strong that you make everything in the car shake when you move"

I personally, can't stand him anymore, and I have no idea how to deal with him anymore. My mom wants to break up with him so badly but is struggling (25 yrs of marriage) How can I help give her the strength to leave him? She deserves so much better...

i havnt seen this girl in a year and a half in person
we've talked online a bit (not too much)
and we say we miss each other often
i really miss her and im crazy about her

I don't want to go to school. Because I didn't do my homework. I am doing it right now, but I still have gillions of things to do. I might be able to finish it, but I'll be so tired at school I bet I'll fall asleep right in the middle of the hallway. But if I miss, I'll have to make up tons of work and be behind and stuff. Grrr...any suggestions?

I see texas winning a shoot out because both teams play sup par defense and texas has already proven it can score on the better defenses in the country

Involved program..logging being used.
At key points, I invoke...
logger("sample text"+Str(whatever_var%))

logger then appends recieved data to a logfile....

Of course logger also uses tickcount() to track program run time....time is added to each line..I'd also like to have it add the Sub or Form that called it. (Rather than manually enter the data with each call.)

Anybody know a way/method to help me out here??

Federal law makes "obscenity" illegal. However the statute does not define obscenity. The Supreme Court set the three prong "Miller Test" for juries to determine if a book, video, photograph, etc, is obscene. In essence a jury must watch a video from beginning to end and then determine if:

*Whether the average person, applying contemporary community standards, would find that the work, taken as a whole, appeals to the prurient interest,
*Whether the work depicts/describes, in a patently offensive way, sexual conduct or excretory functions specifically defined by applicable state law,
*Whether the work, taken as a whole, lacks serious literary and/or artistic, political, or scientific value.

In my group, everyone hates everyone and our project is tommorow. We've blocked eachother on msn and it would seem it spawns because i've been testy lately and my group member who already annoys me made it worse.

I know the project is good, but I want us to get along. Any ideas that i could do to help patch the wounds so to speak?

so somehow my speaker wires from one of my subs came off the terminal while i was driving and they connected....i noticed the subs stopped pounding so i took a look and my first insticnt after seeing the disconncected wires was to check my fus on my amp and sure enough it was blown....the next day i replaced it and went to test it out agian but it blew that fuse too and when i made a thirs attempt it did not blow the fuse and all the pwer lights are on but my subs suck right in tight and make a boom boom noise that does not follw the music at all....i checked all my wiring everything seems fine and ive never had any probems before....if it helps im running a MTX 300RMS mono ampt to two Rockford 10 inch P2s.......thanks in advance for any help
