Hi, I would like to know can i lose weight with a low calorie intake. Some days I do 1200 calories, then on some days I do 700 intake. This tends to happen because I am so busy and dont feel like eating that much, and really I want the weight to come off. I was trying to do a no sugar no starch diet. Some days I just so happen to have two slices of bread. I drink 3 litters of water a day with green supergreen powder to make my water alkaline.and i squeeze in some excersize in but not faithfully.but i have put a stop to sugar, and bread, just once in a while i eat some bread someone give me some input on this please thx.

I just purchased a 5 gallon hex with bio wheel, light, etc., and I am wondering what would be the best fish to get? I already have a betta in another tank, and I was hoping to get new kinds (fish, snail, etc) for this new tank, but I am concerned about the depth (being a hex tank), as well as the amount of space! Any possible combos would be great! Thanks~

Let's say you cheat on your wife, but you vocally oppose adultery. You acknowledge that what you did is wrong, and you still say adultery is bad. Is that hypocrisy? Or is it only hypocritical if you say YOU can commit adultery, but others can't? In other words, is hypocrisy about contradicting yourself, or holding yourself to a double-standard? Or both? I'd like to hear what you think.

when using improvements to figure our the adjusted basis for a home do I use:

1. The actual cost of the improvements
Does this include my labor?

or

2. The value added by making the improvements? For instance I built a $3,000 Deck and I think it increased the value of my home $5,000.

My GSM phone encodes in video in 3GP format, which isn't recognised by Windows Movie Maker.

I just want to rotate the videos - nothing fancy: is there a simple Windows software tool that will let me do this?

If not does anyone have any recommendations for software that converts 3GP to more standard formats like mpeg3 or avi that most video editing software will recognise?

When we got divorced in 2000, we got joint custody. With him being the custodial parent. I had some problems. Everything much better for years now. Kids live with me, and have for years. I have not gotten one dime from him to help support children. One is 15 and one will be 18 in May. I am doing my best, and did not ask for anything, except to claim them on my taxes. He said Nah, I don't think so. Like he has a right!!
He pays medical and dental. He thinks that is enough...They never sleep at his house, and has hardly any relationship with him. He is also remarried with two small children. I did not want the court drama, but feel like I deserve some help...Any input would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

We are in the thermochemistry portion of class and I missed a lecture so Im a bit behind and don't know if Im solving this correctly.

Here is the question given: When 4.21 g of hydroxide are added to 250ml of water, the temperature rises 4.14(C). Assume that the density and specific heat of the dilute aqueous solutions are the same as those of H2O and calculate the molar heat of solution of potassium hyroxide.

Ok I think Im getting confused with the term "molar heat".

Do I basically use the q=MC(delta)T?

Add grams of water and grams of KOH together and solve for q?

Then divide the J I get into moles of KOH?

Or would I use q of solution=-q of reactants?

Please dont do it for me I just need a step in the right direction. Any help would be appreciated.

I would like weightlifting workouts focussed on bodybuilding, for bulk and mass, primarily, without all the "mass media hype". You know, just natural workout programs. I admire Jack Lalanne's philosophy of "pride and disciple". Any workouts that range from a "3 days a week" up to a "6 days a week" program.
