My 8 year old has had maybe 5 full nights of sleep since she was born. She slept in our bed until she was 4 and then transferred into her own bed with me next to her because she would not let us get any sleep if she stayed alone. That practice continues today during the school week, with attempts to break the pattern on the weekends. There is very little sleep gotten in this house and we are desperate for a solution. Nothing works. If we don't respond to her, she cries out loud all night long, only falling asleep in the wee hours of the morning. Any advice is greatly appreciated. The lack of sleep is depressing me.

I think im depressed and so do my parents. I used to go out all the time with my friends, play basketball at home, and video games. No i dont have the drive to do anything but study. I always seem to mope about my first girlfriend or the time i got beat up and called the cops.I cant sleep because im always wondering what i could have done different with my first girlfriend. I worry about the littlest things, and have very low self esteem. i call myself an ugly person and tell myself i will never get married or have a family. I have actually begun to think i might be gay because i cant get any girl.

Should i go?thanks

Ok, theres this girl I've known since I was 7, and we always had strong feelings for eachother, and last year I asked her on a date, and we went out for afew months, but then she left me because she said she had feelings for someone else.She soon found out that the boy she had feelings for already had a girlfriend, so within a week she had started going out with one of my friends, but it didnt work out. She asked me if I would get back together with her, and I turned her down. Now, a month later, she sends me an E-mail telling me she still has feelings for me and is really sad and sorry really wants to get back together, and that she understands if I don't want to. When I read this I got butterflies in my stomach and I'm not sure why. Should I get back together with her??

okay. so there's this guy at school, and I have a huge crush on him. someone else found out cause I made it really obvious when I was around, and they asked me to talk to him. Well I did, but it was really really awkward and I think I made a total fool of myself for the fact that my conversation went no where! It was just like hi.. ok.. bye =/ Now I think I blew my only chance of talkin to him. I see him almost everyday but I don't say anything at all. After all...the man is a drunken deserter that went AWOL.

It's now well established that George W. Bush never showed up for National Guard duty for a period of approximately one year, possibly more, in 1972-1973. Despite all the talk about "honor and dignity," President Bush has apparently flushed his down the toilet. President Bush went AWOL!! Cheney himself also received 5 deferments! Both of these men are “Chicken Hawks.”

Ok i was tested through blood work as having herpes several months ago. I would have never known if i didn't find out the guy i was with had it. I have NEVER had a break out i just know that "technically" i have it. Anyway a guy gave me oral sex 2x's before and i just dont know if he's at risk??? I've been searching everywhere for the answer but that all state if like the person doesnt have a breakout at the time or not etc...etc.. keep in mind ive never had a breakout so can he get it??
