I just started a question about how people view their country and it's good points, so I thougtht I might as well do one about the opposite.

My 8 year old daughter was molested by a 10 year old girl at a slumber party. I found out 3 days later and reported it. The Det told me that since it was a she said/she said issue they would not persue court action against her.

As her father I feel the child has been abused twice. What if any recourse do I have (legally).

I am getting her counseling and do all the good things that should be done for her.

..you work around a lot of guys and none of them talk to you or pay any attention to you except one of them. like theres this one guy he will always smile and say hi and start conversation and make jokes and stare at me. but none of the other guys do this, just him. why is this?

First, let me clear up this has nothing to do with me, more or less a friend/person not to be said (as if it really matters, just don't want answers full of bashing). This said person doesn't typically smoked used to smoke on a regular basis but for the last 3 months has smoked a total amount of maybe 3-4 blunts (if that helps) but hasn't smoked recently for about 3 weeks, if tested today are the possibilities of passing slim or high ? If that not be able to be answered, being as how the smoking has been cut down tremendously for quite some time, what would be a good idea to clear the system, or help clear the system a little faster than natural cause... ?

It took at least ten minutes for that second line to appear! And I can barely see that line, but when I hold the test up the the light I can see it more clearly. Was this a screw up in the test? Has this ever happened to anyone before? I know I should take another test, but who thinks this is positive and who thinks it's just a screw up?
