It happens to most everyone from time to time.
It is OK and normal, just as long as you keep things in perspective and remember that just because you like someone, there's no guarentee that they will like you back.
I think you are OK, just because you are questioning this you realize that this pattern is not normal for you, it makes me think you are a sensible person.

there's nothing wrong with you. she's in your subconcious. try some good feng shui. tell her how your feel. obviously it bothers you enough to lose sleep.
if that doesn't work and she rejects you then get rid of everything that reminds you of her. throw it out, burn it, do whatever. it helps. i did that with my ex and it HELPS SOOOO MUCH. you feel so clean and alive. date some other girls. you'll find the right one.
as for sleeping... if you can't sleep, i'd say try sleeping pills but you can easily become dependent... SO try this instead. before bed... EXERCISE the h@ll outta yourself (and it will give you endorphins and energy in the morning, not to mention a great body). wear your body out. then keep the tv on so you'll be watching something and your mind won't be on her. if you still can't sleep try reading. that always konks me out.
GOOD LUCK

Her call is --- --- guess what could be in the sparkling because of the fact the sparkling isn't sparkling & there is somebody with a pulsating coronary heart & Overwhelming interest for me. .. ...
