I'm currently thirteen years old and I need and want to get fit. Graduation date has been set for The end of June and I'm not happy with how I look in much. I currently want to lose some weight in specific areas i.e. Hips, Thighs, Calves and Stomach. I've considered things like skipping meals or just not eating carbs or sugar then decided not too. Any suggestions, tips links etc would be so very greatly appreciated. (I'm around 5'2, 5'3 and big boned.)
