why won't ozzy send the newdletter to me if i have already sighned up??

i have tried to re-sighn up but it keeps telling me that " this E-mail adress is already in our database" so answer the question please

Sometimes your e-mail calls these newsletters spam and puts them in spam. You need to get it out of spam and tell e-mail it is not spam-by clicking not spam or putting that address in your contacts. Spammed mail does not show up in your you've got mail so you need to check your spam mail to make sure it is all spam...This happens to me a lot..But if none of this is happening, just wait because the news letter probably has not came out as of yet.
