ok so here's the deal...I'm somewhere near 5'3. Last I checked I was 288lbs & am 21 yrs old. I've had 1 baby & that left me w/ some pretty good ones(lbs, veinies & stretch marks),I've been eating healthy & getting good excercise(am already down 20lbs since jan.1) ok so what I need to know is.what is my healthieast weight & how long should it take me to get there? Once I'm there, whats the likelihood my skin would be saggy? Would my stretch marks or veinies be any noticeably better/different? If I do have to get skin removed can they find a way to take off the part w/ stretch maks on it?(vertical on sides of tummy), & how much is anything that makes the veinies "disappear"? I hope this isnt too graphic, thanks so much. Also, for anyone who might be thinking the general, "see a doctor/I dont know/eat healthier/get more excercise/depends on who u are,etc"answers, thats not what Im asking about, that I already knew. Please, if ANYONE can help I'd be VERY grateful. Thanks so much. (=

My grandmother only spoke in spanish and very little english, and when I watch these shows like Montel with Silvia Brown, I wonder how could she tell me what my grandmother is saying to her when she only could speak in spanish? or say any other language? how do these Mediums translate?

Hello, i may be delusional on this one but b/f anything, please give me your opinions. i have this acting teacher who is literally obsessed with performing in front of her students even when she is not acting. when she individually criticizes her students, she gives this annoying smirk and shows off her acting abilities with this little performance. it drives me nuts. i feel so indignant when she smirks with pretense when she criticizes her students. it's so funny how she admonishes others with lies, complimenting the students when there's no need to. any opinions and can anyone give me the criteria of a good acting teacher?

I have bought condo convertion with a tenant already with a 6 month lease. The condo didnt change the carpet before they moved in or before giving the apartment to me. It's an 2-2 apartment. I don't really know the condition of the carpet before the tenant received the apartment. I did the walk through and I saw the stains. I was told by them the have to children that were the ones who stained the carpet. They stain with paints. I have already hired a profecional cleaner and the stains didn't go away. Can I use their deposit to cover the carpet?

like. . . here is my situation. i am currently on a diet --- and i usually eat about 1500 calories a day. i am on day 13 and i sort of lost control. . . . .i ate about 3000 calories today. i weigh 207 lbs. (im 5'5) and my BMR is about 1800 meaning i would burn about 1800 laying in bed all day. so walking around school and dancing for about an hour straight how many calories do you think i would burn? like from eating all those calories (only 500 more until that is one pound of calories)do u think i will gain a lot of weight it was just one day.
