It is formulated for a black man's specific problem for razor bump. That being said, anyone could use it if they are not sensitive to the ingredients. It is basically a dry depilatory powder that dissolves facial beard hair without using a razor. Razor bump is caused by nicking the skin close to the hair follicle opening. This causes blood serum to close off the follicle and then the hair grows sideways into surrounding skin structures causing an allergic reaction to the hair. Because of the nature of black hair, this happens easier than most white males with more or less strait beard hair. Just because it is less likely to happen to whites, it still does and could use the product for the same reason. They could also use Nair or Neet which is a cream based product women use on legs providing their facial skin is not overly sensitive. My easiest cure for someone who wants to shave and avoid razor bump is to apply a skin cream with lanolin in it IMMEDIATELY after shaving and the pore will remain open long enough for the hairs not to get trapped. Even Mazola corn oil would work but a little more messy. This also works when going to the barber shop if you get razor bump on the neck where they use a razor or close cut with clippers since clippers can sometimes pull hairs or chaff the skin causing the same serum blockage. Quickly apply the oil and it will prevent it.
