I'm 5'5" and used to weigh 230 lbs. Now, at 150, I've realized that you cannot beat yourself up for one day of being bad!
Losing weight is simply calorie based therefore it is possible to lose/gain a pound in one day.
One pound = 3500 calories. That said, in order for you to gain one pound you have to eat 3500 calories on top of what you normally eat, or in the reverse cutdown your weekly calorie load by 3500 calories in order to lose one pound.
It sounds so simple it make you wonder how all these crazy fad diets stay in business!

One pound of fat equal 3500 calories. So yes, you can gain a pound in one day by simply consuming 3500 calories more than you burn. But also remember your weight fluctuates day to day (and even within a day) based on how much food you eat and fluids you drink and whether you've gone to the bathroom. Unless you are always weighing yourself nude or in just underwear, your clothes will also affect your weight.
Also, breaking your diet on one day does not ruin your over all plan. In fact, a diet can be more successful if you allow yourself to indulge from time to time as long as you are sticking with it the majority of the time.

Yes, during the day the body builds up fluid. You weight much more at night that you do in the morning after your first pee.
Weigh in the morning.
You are 13 and an active 13 year old can eat 3,000 calories a day - don't worry about it please
