My Girl friend 21st birthday is coming up and we are throwing her a party we want to have a theme to it. someting that is unique, everyone will have fune, and original, the age level will be 21 - 25 swwweeet thanks you all for the ideas.

Make it very upscale and elegant -- she deserves it! Treat her like the goddess she is! Champagne, gourmet appetizers like oysters or crab or imported cheeses.
For a theme - how about Academy Awards, with everyone dressing like a star in evening gowns and tuxes and designer sunglasses, and you can have a red carpet at the entrance?

i have to agree with Shawn. think of some of her favorite things color place, food, movie, and what not. then try and combine them to get a theme that uniquely her. if you want fun but typical ideas there the 50's or Hawaiian but those are kinda worn out. the 20's is still a cool theme to go with, disco , or hippie 60's isn't over used yet. whats her favorite vacation spot ? or you could do a walk down memory lane. get pictures of her over the last 21 years and pictures of places she been( and liked). hope some of these ideas help you out. good luck!

Use a movie themed party like say Sin City or Pirates...
and have everybody dress like that, then get some decorations, food and drinks to match the theme!

Toga Party!! People won't have to go all out or spend too much on what to wear! Or the Hawaiian Theme sounded cool too! Have fun!

A Rubics Cube party. All attending must come in the colours of the cube, ie: red top, blue socks, yellow pants, you get the idea.
At the end of the party all attendee's must be dressed in full single colour. the first to do so gets a door prize.

Try going with her favorite colors to start. Think about what interest her and go with her personality. Put that together and you'll have a them she would like and enjoy.
