How do Mediums know what a ghost is saying to them if that person in life only spoke say one language?

My grandmother only spoke in spanish and very little english, and when I watch these shows like Montel with Silvia Brown, I wonder how could she tell me what my grandmother is saying to her when she only could speak in spanish? or say any other language? how do these Mediums translate?

Most mediums don't hear actually speaking, it is more or less a sense or a feeling they get. Its like body language you know.

you will possibly anticipate all languages to descend from a single language. yet strangely, there seems to be divisions of language communities, and those language communities proportion almost no similarities, that one might evaluate that according to risk human languages have been the two stepped forward independently or that paranormal brokers manipulated the organic growth of language. I don't think ghosts (if you believe in them) speak. Mediums sense them around them and get ideas from waves and other clues.

They sense emotions and see pictures as clues. They try to interpret the pics by asking questions and get mare pictures that symbolize yes or no.
