"Anyone" is singular, therefore the question should read
"Does anyone need me to write him/her a paper?" But even that can still stand improvement ---- like, "Does anyone need my help in writing a paper?"

yes. I have a 25 page dissertation due in in 12 hours or so and I've only written 4 pages. Plus its late at night and I need to go to bed.
