I am a very skilled dribbler, but when i do dribble moves, i shuffle my feet around, which rewens the fake because i'm speending all my time shuffling my feet instead of exploding to the basket. I cant be quick wheni suffle my feet around before i start, if anyone knows how i can help this problem, please help

How do I know which memory card I have to get? Can you have any kind? What I mean is, my cousin says I can only get PC3200 type memory cards. Can I use PC2700 or PC100, PC5300 type memory cards?? Or do I HAVE to use PC3200? I see cheaper ones that aren't PC3200 so I'm just wondering. I have a Dell Dimension 8400 by the way.

I have suffered for years from debilitating lower back pain, and doctors only recommend pills or surgery. It comes and goes, but as of recent it has been really bad, cause stabbing pains in my lower sides, tingling in my toes, and hindering my range of motion greatly. My girlfriend would probably hate me writing this. shethinks I fuss to much! lol....She's been suffering from nightmares of bad occurances from her past to do with sexual abuse (and more) She cannot sleep at all. In the past she as had to rely on drugs to help her sleep and avoid nightmares, but she can no longer take drugs for this so she's hardly getting any sleep apart from the odd drifting in and out of sleep for a minute or two. She will not get counceling or speak to anyone about this, which I can understand cause it must be difficult for her to talk about the past and her nightmares in detail, I've even suggested writing a diary blog to put it all into the that but that seems to be too difficult too. Shes a very busy person, and sometimes I have no idea how she has the strength to do it all with a lack of sleep. I'm forever trying to find an answer to this problem for her even though we've tried everything. Just hopin maybe some1 out there as the answer.....
