The gravitational pull of an isolated globular cluster is rather weak- a single supernova explosion can blow all the interstellar gas out of a globular cluster. How might this fact be related to observations indicating that stars ceased to form in globular clusters long ago? How might it be related to the fact that globular clusters are deficient in elements heavier that hydrogen and helium?

So many preachers preach about so many "unsaved" people going to hell.

Estimated about 90% or so unsaved.

Did you realize, that is the exact percent of people they intend to wipe out to create the New World Order?

Isn't it highly suspicious that the KJV Bible has only been out since 1611?

Where did they get some of the "prophecies" or truths of the Bible to mix their lies with? I don't know, maybe the Qran, or maybe they were aware technology would so advance it could "validate" anything they decided to put in the Bible?

Already, satellites capable of generating 3d laser light Jesus's in outer-space (or Allah, any one they wish) exist, coupled with technology capable of beaming sound into your mind on the same wave length your mind works on, making you "hear" God.

Could this be why no-one seems to be stopping religious wars? Is this their plan to finish us off?

Okay, last year I was sued over some old debt from 2 long-defunct credit cards... the debt had been bought from the credit-card company by one of those companies that does that sort of thing and then goes after the debtor on its own.

I agreed in civil court (in New York City) to pay this new creditor $200 a month of my debt until it was repaid. (Which would take about 70 months.)

I was able to pay back $1,400 in '06, but my financial situation has changed for the worse, and I haven't been able to pay anything since November.

So I'm getting sued again (the summons claims I haven't paid anything back at all (WRONG) and adds over $4000 in instant interest)... what should I do?

I won't be able to pay anything else for at least several months (housing, utilities, and food (and Internet of course!) take priority).

Is it likely that my creditor will agree to a new settlement? I can't have my bank account frozen, that would be the end of me.

My water pipe gets ruined as a result of hard water. How do I prevent it?
Question Details: We derive underground water in our village for daily uses, which does not receive any kind of treatment. The problem is that the pipes and taps all get ruined very fast because of that.how do i prevent that? Is it a result of hard water or lass salinity. Do i need to get any specific tests? Will adding washing soda decrease the menace, and if i do add it, what needs to be done to render the water drinkable? Will any other step be required, the resources are less being in an Indian vilage?

My father is going on a diet in an attempt to lose weight and lower his Cholesterol.

He heard from my cousin's husband that if he eats only Meats and Vegetables for 40 days his cholesterol will be better and he will lose weight.

He has done it for a day now and says he already feels much better...

Hi... Just wanna check. Recently, a friend of mine has re-format his pc... However, she did not have those installation disc except for Window XP (home edition) cd. Now, her sound card driver + ethernet controller couldn't be found. Is there anyway to check the sound card and ethernet controller manufacture, version name, etc without opening up the CPU? I mean just using control panel, bios or anything program to check it. Is there a way of doing?
