i am 12 weeks pregnant with my first child and i went in for an ultrasound today. my doc says she can't find any heartbeat. i am so worried.

I've dating my girlfriend for 6 months. Things were very good. Recently she bought a new house and moved-in. Now she announced she wants to take a break from our relationship for 1+ months? Yesterday during the day. She said she would be at work seminar and then go for drinks afterwards. When I called her at 9PM her cell answered by accident and i could hear her but she intended to put me into voicemail. Well I was curious and listened even though she did not know her phone was on. I heard some of the distant conversation. I heard Trish and also heard a man's voice. I listened for 3 minutes than the call dropped. Trish sounded like she had been drinking and the man was asking about her other boyfriends. some was not to clear to hear. The last thing I heard was Trish saying "Do what ya gotta do honey"..Then disconnected. Help me out. Should tell trish exactly what i heard and let her explain it. will she hate me for snooping? or ask in a round about way or forget it happened

Hearing this from a guy might sound funny BUT the situation is actually scary and made me scream.

I am sure if any guy experienced this, he would scream.

I was lying on my side in bed, resting, trying to sleep, on the phone and suddenly, a SPIDER comes crawling from under my blankets. and I can see it get close to me since I am on my side. I was getting close to my chest and I basically SCREAMED and got up.

I found the nearest thing I could. I got a water bottle and smashed it. Then I flushed it down the toilet.

The spider wasn't small or big. It was medium sized about the size of your thumb.

I am horrified I HATE spiders.

Now I am not going to sleep for the rest of the night.
I have class and tests in the morning too :(

So has anyone experienced something like this?

What can I do to get rid of these spiders? WHERE DO THEY COME FROM? I kill at least one a week or so.

Hi im having difficulty remember what i have to do in order to work out the concentration of the acid and the sodium carbonate,

so far ive got:

Na2C03 = 106 g (RMM)
The amount of sodium is 2.65 g being used in distilled water to fill 250 cm^3 solution


and Na2SO4 = 142 g (RMM)
There is a total of 250 cm^3 solution for the acid.


where do i begin to even do this? i know that i need c = N0 of moles / volume.

Next month, it will be 2 years since my boyfriend and I have been together. (We are both in our late 30's and currently living together.)
Since about 5 years ago, I felt ready for marriage and Motherhood, passing up an opportunity with a previous boyfriend because I felt he wasn't the right one.

My current boyfriend says and always has said he wants to get married (again - he was married once before) and have kids, yet he says he is not ready yet.

As I said, it has been 2 years almost and I wonder if staying around for another year is worth it or not.

(I've told my parents and friends that one more year is the deadline time...long enough, in my book. If nothing has happened by then, I'll leave.)

Should a woman ever wait until a man is ready?
He says I am the one, but he is just not ready yet.

I'm not quite sure if I should throw in the towel or stick around and wait a bit more.

How long, if at all...should a woman wait?

I have always looked for true happiness but could never find it. In the eyes of many people including my family, they would assume that I would be happy, especially since I have many material objects that most people can't afford. I don't know why but I just feel like I'm searching for something that I can't attain. I want to feel truly happy, but all the happiness I feel are fake, shallow, and just an act. I want to be happy a simple act that I cannot achieve. Is it even feasable to experience true happiness? If so how?

Last night, I went over to a girl friend of mine, house for a chat. We were in her room chatting and also enjoying a movies together. During halfway, she kisses my cheeks... I turned and we kissed and....
Today, I called her up and she doesn't want to talk to me, and even said that nothing happened yesterday... What did I do wrong...? It was her who did the 'initiative' yesterday... Was she acting 'blur'? Or she don't want to be friend with me anymore...
