97 Chevy silverado cylinder head tightening. It says to tighten all to 22 lbs, then to tighten the short ones an additional 55 degrees, the med one 65 degrees and the long ones 75 degrees. How much of a turn is this?

A man had to go to the Emergency room to have his wedding ring removed from his "lower appendage."

The wedding ring was slipped onto it by his girlfriend who found it in his jacket pocket while he was asleep.

What's the worst part?

1.) Explaining to your wife how your wedding ring got THERE

2.) Waking up to find that your girlfriend knew your secret...

or

3.) Realizing your wedding ring could fit around it..

ok since so many think Martial Arts is about a good credit score etc I have apage I am adding with all the current slodiers deaths, most have less than a 550 fico, many here think that makes them less American. Or that Violence does not popropergate Violence.
We In This Community have an OBLIGATION to show society that Violence SUx and that MMA etc stands for skills not who you can slaughter. Our Enemy loves the fact we are so divided.
This community should be about being safe, as Martial Arts once use to stand for, not money gain, that's what a job is for.

I generally have a fairly normal appetite but then there are days that I could eat forever and never be full. I've been like this since the weekend - it's unbelieveable the hunger I have for anything. Not fussy about what I eat. If I see it, I eat it! How can I suppress this appetite?

I researched on the internet and it said that a common law marriage is not filed with the court. How does a couple get involved in common law marriage if there is not a ceremony? If a person has a marriage certificate at the court, doesn't that mean they are married instead of common law marraige?

Okay, we ALL know "breast is best!!" but why do you b/feeding mom's insist on getting all up in everyone's questions about formula or bottle feeding? I know I'm opening myself up for some nasty answers...I expect nothing less from SOME of you(note, I said SOME). Mom's come here to ask serious questions and if you don't have experience with the subject or a real answer...don't answer! Is that really difficult? I breastfed and formula fed and I would never answer a formula question with insults or judgment. Every single one of us is just trying to survive and make the correct decision for OUR families. What's wrong with that?

i 've been missing my period ever since i gave birth to my son last year. its like after gave birth, and its period free until the 4th month after giving birth, i had 1 for a brief time then 'period free' again...my last period was like 3 months ago. i've checked and i'm not pregnant.

the last doctor (GP) told me that sometimes when we breast feeds, this kind of thing tend to happen - hormone... but problem is i've stopped breastfeeding 6-7 months ago...so anybody have a tip? or same experience to share on how you dealt with this problem? or any advice...am i sick?
