Do you also think that terrorist will start assonating local MPs for voting for the Iraq war rather than killing innocent civilians?

I think it's possible in 10-50 years there will be massive rioting and rebelling in the US if our society remains on course. Maybe a coupe or a worse 9-ll. For starters, our military is stretched thin and a lot of countries dislike us. Especially where energy resources are concerned, like oil. Look at the fall of the Roman Empire; history could repeat itself.

I believe we will see and already have some form of vigilante movement, they already do in Northern Ireland where the locals have HAD to take the law into their own hands to police their own areas. The police are unable to do so, and things are left to various groups who are portrayed by the media as thugs, syndicates or paramilitary factions. I am aware that these people are in fact maintaining a safe and secure area for their own children and families to live, the only time they will intervene will be when they have been failed by the judicial system. We are now getting to the state on the mainland where the police are tied up with minor duties and paperwork, or are just unwilling to charge the people creating the trouble, but instead end up arresting the poor people that have become the victims. Enough is enough. I don't condone vigilantism's, but I would stand true against anyone who continually flouts the law in my community or threatens my family. its the police's job, not ours.

The deal is we obey the law and the police enforce it.If the police together with the Judiciary don;t get there act together soon people are going to start taking responsibility for their own safety and that will be anarchy. reading the world news over the last few days those responsible for the Iraq war are about to get their just deserts.

No, there are still more rational people than the barbaric Neanderthals that are actually busy bringing about evolution to a higher form as they kill each other off. The more cerebral life form will maintain existence in isolated areas and will emerge again and proceed in a new conscientious ecological peace oriented life quest for the earth.

I won't be surprised if we starting seeing a rise in vigilantes, rioting and general rebellion in this country if things don't change soon.

I am constantly seeing people that are extremely angry over the illegal immigrants issues, national security, our politicians screwing us over for their almighty dollars, etc.

I don't think it's going to take much more for people to get pissed enough to start taking things into their own hands instead of waiting for the government to fix things.

The terrorists are only interested in killing soft targets... ones that can't fight back. Until we kill all of them we are all at risk.
