I don't want to join Weight Watchers because it is too far from where I live. Has anyone got any stuff they can let me know about the diet. They have a whole range of weight watchers food in our local super market so im ok there but what about porridge, milk, bread, every day foods and drinks such as tea and juices. If you wouldn't mind telling me the points of these things or send me to a website that will tell me for free I would really appreciate it.

He's about to sit his GCSE's and recently during a lesson in DT put a craft knife in his pocket and forgot to hand it in. He subsequently handed it in to a teacher but the school have now excluded him for three weeks for theft and carrying an offensive weapon. There is to be a meeting with the Board of Governors shortly when it will be decided if they let him back to school at all. I dont know what to do.

My fiance and I have been having issues lately and he has been trying to calm his anger but still has a very short temper. Well on friday things got out of hand and I told him we can't go on if he doesnt control himself he is a wonderful guy but when he is angry its like I don't know him and well this last time I asked him to stop because things were getting bad and asked him to leave me if he cant treat me right because I won't settle for anything less. He was so angry at the time that he decided to take the easy way out and leave. He took his things and went to stay at his moms. Normally if we have a arguement and he needs a break he comes right back but this time its different he hasn't called and he even gave his sister our home keys to give them back to me. I really miss him he has been my best friend and partner for 15years and now I feel he is not coming back the arguement was his fault but he is so stubborn that he will never admit to it. I don't know what to do should I call?

i no this guy real hot and stuff, but i dunno if he likes me.
i don't even know if he wants to be my friend!( we have been friends ever since we were 2 but ever since we just grew apart)

ok well, i see this guy and his sister a lot. i am now his sisters friend more than his friend because we just grew apart, but the thing is i don't know if he wants to be my friend, have a relationship with me or completely hate me. When his sister is away he will be really nice act like i have been his friend forever on end, sometimes if he's with his friend he'll check me out or something and if were at the bus stop together he'll always be really excited to see me, but the thing is when his sister is around he'll act like i dont excist, purposely avaoid me, or blame me for something that is not my fault.
All my friends just say it is a stage and he'll get over it, others say they think he has a crush on me or others will say that he's just shy in general. but i really dunno... could you help?

Last two weeks, we, the Boston Uni. & MIT alumni from all parts of the world, were having this annual gathering in Mauritius, they are ex-class mates from Rusia, Germany, Iran, Dubai, Singapore, Japan, Malysia, Korea,Thailand, Fiji Island, Taiwan & Hongkong were chillin' out there and having a lot of fun!!!.

We just wondered why Americans are so restless thinking about Iran and its what-a-heck Nuclear programs!
