depending on how overweight you are, you could probably lose 10-15 pounds in a month just by exercising daily (if you dont have time for the gym,try running or jogging between 3 and 6 miles), and eating 6 small, healthy proportionate meals instead of 3 big ones with snacks. in order to lose weight, you need to burn more calories than youve eaten, so be careful to count calories. good luck!!

Can't be done healthy. Go for about 10 pounds and do it over two months to lose the full 20

not safe cant be done ,2 pounds per week safely takeing short cuts dont always work be careful good luck

you can't. you didn't put it on in a month and to be healthy and take it off in a month won't happen. you can really do damage to parts of your body and organs.
