having problems every time i send an e-mail, outlook express tells me it cannot send.. robbie advised restarting router, but i am a novice at this game!

just turn off at the mains leave for a couple of mins turn back on on leave it till it resets normally about 5 mins till all lights are steady green

To answer your question, unplug the router and wait 30 seconds and reconnect.

To solve your problem, Outlook Express is the culprit. Was OE working before? Can you send Email to other people? Check your OE settings.

It's also possible the recipient has accidently blocked Email from you. Call them.

unplug the power from it for about 15 seconds then plug it back in

please tun off the router switch for a minute then turn it on. try to restart ur computer as well.
