How much weight can i reduce with diet per month. or will i gain weight . can u suggest .

it depends how seriously you take yourself
if you really wanna lose weight
you can do it fast or slow
alot of water, brisk walk and no to oil and animal fat will help you
stop eatin hydrogenated food , lactose food
eatin vegetables will surely help
5.5 is a good sign

if you want to tone, excrise only 30 seconds on a part of your body. rest for 2minutes after wards. do this about 10 times each. this wil cause toning not weight gain from muscle. that burning feeling you get when your muscle burn is swelling and cause muscle building and weight gain.

too much weight , go to the gym and u must weigh at least 46kg. gd luck losing weight.>_<
