I'd like to spend £20 a month and receive a free handset, 500 mins and 100 texts as a minimum. I would like to avoid cashback offers. Thanks peeps :)

Go to www.uswitch.com and they will find you the tariff which suits you the best and hopefully it might be under £20. Im with tmobile and i pay £20 a month and get any phone for free. But if you want the best tariff then please visit different mobile shops or phone them and ask them for the type of tariff you really want and they will get it for you. But always argue or negioate and you will definetely get the tariff you want.
