Doing so seems to get thumbs down a lot more often than I'd expect, no matter how obvious it is that the person asking is full of it.
I think there's a place for fun on here, but I also think there're a lot of serious questions getting serious answers, so am inclined to say "Look, don't waste your time and mine" on the BS ones. I am also thoroughly appreciative of the people who read posters' other questions a bit when something looks suspicious, and point out when we're having our legs pulled.
