I'm an excellent fitness trainer and yet it is hard for me to get new clients. Advertising does not even help. Anyone have suggestions? I live in Missouri where there are 2 gyms in myhome town and a hundred fitness trainer doing what I am doing.
Tried phone book ads, newspapers, what else is there now?

Over a week ago i slept with one of my work mates on a drunken staff night out.. Well iv work with him loadza since then and were are getting on fine as though nothing has happend!!
It did seen a little akward to begin with but now were fine..
Well am thinking maybe i might be having feelings towards him and its as much as a shock to me than anyone else because he really isnt my type..
We havent spoke about the evening iv just commented about how drunk i was..
On are next staff night out should i go for it again or do you think it was just a one night stand!!
Hes been single a few mnths now because his long term girlfriend dumped him.... Is it to soon for him??? Is it just a bit of fun?????
Am a little confussed!!!!! lol

I'm an IT professional with 12 years of experience. I have a B.S. in computer information systems. I'm also PMI Certified as a project manager. I'm kinda in a jack of all trades role right now. My company offshored all development. So, I get my hands into code to tweak it. I coordinate web development refresh activities and migrations. We aren't following formal project management activities.

Many job ads want a strict project manager or a strict developer. I wouldn't consider myself either and I'm not sure how to position myself in an interview for a strict role like Project Manager or Developer? Going for either role would make me look under qualified in comparison to other candidates. How do I better sell myself or position myself when I'm probably not going to be the most highly qualified candidate because of the role and experience I'm currently in?

I'm catholic and I'll be untill the end of my life. No matter what they discover now in the religion I will keep my priciples and help each other. Any religion is perfect since the components are imperfect.

ok....so you know how everyone sounds better when they sing in the shower, because the sound bounces off the hard surfaces in the bathroom? well i practice in my garage.....it has concrete walls ceiling and floor. it seems like i can control my vocals better when they are bouncing off everything down there.

what effect can i use on my vocals during gigs to get them to sound like they do in the garage? or is it not that simple? anyone know what i mean?

My husband and I have decided not to find out the sex of our baby (we both like surprises). Some of the fun of this approach is hearing everyone's old wives tale on how to tell if it's a boy or girl. For example, my mom told me I'm having a boy because I'm still too pretty and girls supposedly take the "pretty" out of you. (I think she was just being nice to me!)
